There’s always a friendly welcome at our Customer Services Desks. We have three in total, situated at the entrances of the red, green and blue malls.

• Shopmobility / free wheelchair hire
• Where to eat ideas
• Public transport information
• Lost property, children and grannies too
• Car parking advice / alternative route maps
• Audio and large print and Braille Shop Finders
• Free pushchairs*
• Boobaloos cabs for hire*
• What’s on in the Centre
• Free Safe Child Wristbands
• Designated car parking spaces for orange / blue badge holders in every car park
• Shopper lockers
*Buggies are supplied free of charge for the carriage of a child over 6 months up to a maximum height of 90cm.
