    Helping the Manager / Relief Manager (if present) to supervise and motivate staff, ensuring that workloads are appropriate and quality of work is acceptable.

    Assist the Manager / Relief Manager (if present) in providing and delivering training to the shop / counter team on Thomas Sabo products.

    Assist with the coaching the shop/counter team on selling techniques as well as administration duties.

    Help with ensuring good communication and team work.

    Help the Manager / Relief Manager (if present) to organise rotas and ensure that the shop is appropriately staff the whole time.

    Ensure that the counter / shop is always presented in line with the company policy.

    Assist the counter / store manager / Relief Manager (if present) in driving sales in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Comply with health and safety regulations as laid down in the store Health and Safety policy.

  • rate of pay: £18,000 per year
  • details:

    Supervising and motivating staff, ensuring that workloads are appropriate and quality of work is acceptable. Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff  according to company policies and employment laws and ensure that relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, disciplines, grievance etc). 

    Provide and deliver training to the shop team on Thomas Sabo products. Coach the shop team on selling techniques as well as administration duties. Ensure good communication and team work.  Organise rotas and ensure that the shop is appropriately staffed the whole time.

    Take responsibility and accountability for the daily management of the shop. Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies.

    Encourage and drive sales in order to achieve and exceed sales targets as agreed with the Retail Manager. Organise and manage events.
